Client Contract

Model Release:

I hereby agree to give permission to REN Photography to take photographs of me, in which I may included with others, and to us my name(s) for the purpose of providing prints and/or digital images. I also allow REN Photography the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and re-publish photographs of me made through any and all media for art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. I relinquish any right to approve the completed product. I hereby agree to save harmless REN Photography and their heirs, legal representatives, and any persons associated with them from any liability by virtue of blurring, alteration, distortion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking or processing the photographs.

Session Agreement:

Client, parent/guardian in case of a minor, is responsible for their own safety and actions while at the location of the portrait session. REN Photography is not responsible for any liability, accidents, illnesses, damage or loss to person or property that may result from the photography session itself or anything related to the photography session. Client maintains the right to refuse any request put forth by the REN photographer during the session to obtain the photo, but agreement to those request removes liability from REN Photography.

Copyright Information:

REN Photography owns the copyright to all images. It is illegal to copy, scan, or reproduce photograph or digital images created by REN Photography. By doing so, you are devaluating my work as an artist. Fines will start at $50,000 for copyright infringement. Print release will only be included for images purchased through the digital packages.

By typing my full name in the space below, I am confirming that I have read, understand and agree to the Model Release Policy, Session Agreement and Copyright Information. (Please type your full legal name in the space below as your digital signature.) I represent that I am age 18 or over and have the right to contract in my own name. This agreement shall be binding upon me and all my heirs and legal representatives.
